Check in/ Check out: Our apartment is available from the 15:00 of the day of your arrival. If you plan to arrive after 18:00 we kindly ask you to tell us before. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 10:00 on the day of departure. The arrival on Sunday is possible only from 18:00, as we dedicate this day to the family.

The prices of the apartments are for 2 people per day and for a minimum stay of 4 nights. For shorter stays (on request) there is a surcharge.
For each additional person we charge 15 euros/day. Children under 3 years are our guests.
The price includes accommodation, bed linen, hand and bath towels, heating, cooling, water, electricity, wine pass, all fees (except local tax) and final cleaning.

Payment:
You can pay with cash or by bank transfer. For amounts over EUR 1,000.00, you have the option of paying by bank transfer shortly before the start of your vacation. Amounts under EUR 4.999,99 can be paid in cash. Payments by ATM, credit card or traveler's check are not possible.
The booking is only binding after a deposit of EUR 300 has been transferred and the transfer confirmation has been sent.
The local tax of EUR 2,00 (per night) is charged for guests aged 14 and over and is not included in the prices quoted; it is paid on site.

Trip cancellation and trip interruption:
If you are unable to start your trip or have to leave earlier than planned, an unpleasant situation will arise for both the guest and the host without appropriate travel cancellation insurance. We therefore recommend that you take out "Roter Hahn cancellation protection" when booking your stay. This will cover cancellation fees and you can look forward to your vacation without any worries. Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code
There is no right of withdrawal in accordance with the Italian Consumer Protection Code.
However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
- up to 3 months before the start of the trip, cancellation is free of charge
- up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip, we charge 30% of the price of the stay
- from 4 weeks before the start of the trip up to the day of your arrival, the cancellation costs are 70% of the total price of the stay
- in the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of your total vacation days, even if they were not fully used
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your vacation.
